RENT:
Prices are for up to 9 people in the main house and 4 in the barn and unless otherwise agreed the reservation is accepted on the understanding that this number will not be exceeded.

The price includes gas, electricity, hot and cold water and all necessary linen.

Costs for breakages and/or telephone calls made during your stay, will be taken from a deposit of £250 which is taken with your final payment. You will receive a cheque for the difference upon your return.

CONTRACT:
The contract to rent is between you and the owner of the property, who is responsible for the condition of the property.

!!
The owner can take no responsibility for accidents or injuries caused by either negligence or actions taken by you.

CLEANING:
The house is cleaned and all linen changed every Saturday. If you require extra cleaning during the week it can be arranged at a cost of approx. 15 Euro per hour and should be paid directly to the cleaner in Italy.

PAYMENT:
40% of the total on registration, the balance 8 weeks before the commencement date of the holiday. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, the full payment is required on registration.

TELEPHONE:
There is a telephone at the house which may be used. All calls are logged and payment taken from the deposit of £250 which is taken with your final payment.

Please vacate the house by 10.00am on the day of departure.

Do not arrive until 3.00pm, this allows for the house to be prepared.

We ask that you leave the house in a reasonable state.

Any damage to the property or breakages must be reported and an agreed price paid from the deposit you make.

If you cancel your holiday more than 8 weeks before it is due to begin, we will endeavour to re-let and charge you only expenses.

In the event of not being unable to re-let we will retain the deposit.

If cancellation occurs less than 8 weeks before, we will retain the deposit and you will also be liable to pay the remaining balance unless we are able to re-let.

In any event, we recommend that you take out holiday insurance.
